Rosneft buys 50% of AAR shares

Rosneft has signed a deal with AAR (Alpha-Group, Access Industries, Renova) to purchase 50% of TNK-BP shares for $28 billion.

The deal will be accomplished in the first half of 2013 after approval by Russian and European anti-monopoly commissions.
