Ministry says Chechnya lacks doctors

Russian Ministry of Public Healthcare says the Chechen Republic lacks doctors. This issue remains the greatest problem in the Chechen healthcare system.

"Nowadays there are only 26 doctors for every 10 thousand people, while the average number in the country is about 46," the head of the ministry, Veronika Skvortsova, said.
