Chechen leader concerned about children of under-aged mothers

Chechen Leader Ramzan Kadyrov has expressed concerns about early marriage of school children and the health of their children, his website reports.

Kadyrov said that under-aged females were neither ready for marriage, nor for running a family. They cannot give children proper case. The Chechen leader wants religious officials, television and radio to assist in resolving the problem.
