Russian security official says North Caucasus militants disorganized

Secretary of the Russian Security Council Nikolai Patrushev told Komsomolskaya Pravda that militants in the North Caucasus lost their organized structure. He noted that militants were operating in small separated groups that were harder to find and neutralize.
