Putin speaks out against bureaucratization of Pyatigorsk

Russian Premier Vladimir Putin is against building large amounts of administrative buildings in Pyatigorsk, the capital of the North Caucasian Federal District, RIA Novosti reports.

Putin also talked about the Caucasian Mineral Waters resort. He said that the quality of Caucasian resorts is worsening. He promised to talk with the presidential envoy, vice-premier Alexander Khloponin about involving student groups in constructing the facilities in the district.
