Power cut occurs in Kaytagsky and Dakhadayevsky Districts of Dagestan

About 70,000 people in the Kaytagsky and Dakhadayevsky Districts of Dagestan suffered from a power cut as a result of an accident at a substation in the Mamedkala Village of the Derbentsky District.
