Rains disrupt Karachay-Cherkessia harvest gathering

Agricultural workers in Russia's Transkuban region of Karachay-Cherkessia cannot start full-fledged harvest gathering because of the heavy rains in the region, RIA Novosti reports, citing the head of the local agricultural workers, Anatoliy Zaychuk.
