Emergency Ministry warns about avalanches in Kabardino-Balkaria

The regional directorate of the Russian Ministry for Emergencies in Kabardino-Balkaria has warned the local population about avalanche risks from 7 pm on Monday to 7 pm on Tuesday.

Avalanches may damage roads, cableways, buildings, communications and power lines. Tourists and athletes were recommended to be more careful.
