Investigators suspect militants of murdering Boris Zherukov, head of the Kabardino-Balkaria State Agricultural Academy of V.M. Kokov.

The police believe that the same people killed VGTRK journalist Kazbek Gekkiyev. A video made at the university has records of a man that looks like militant leader Zeytun Boziyev.
