Heavy rains leave Azerbaijani villagers without power

Rains and strong winds that started on Wednesday night have disrupted energy supplies in Azerbaijan's Shaki (300 km north-west of Baku), as well as damaging roads and knocking down trees, APA reports.

The waters of the Gurdjana River also flooded the town. The Emergency Ministry department is taking measures.
