Azerbaijani President approves State Oil Fund's budget

Azerbaijani President Ilham Aliyev approved on Sunday the 2013 budget of the country's State Oil Fund.

The fund's income was expected to constitute 11.482 billion manats, with expenditure at 13.4 billion manats.
