Georgian president offers five steps towards reconciliation of authorities

Georgian President Mikheil Saakashvili has proposed five steps towards reconciliation of the old and the new governments: end of aggression, consolidation for European integration, end of demands for reshuffle of authorities, organization of an international conference to invite foreign investments and fulfillment of promises given by the new government.
