Georgia to release 190 political prisoners

The Georgian government is going to release 190 political prisoners soon, the minister of the penitentiary system, Sozar Subari, says.

"We've a made a very important step. Georgia admitted that there are political prisoners in the country. The parole announced now will send a clear message to all that no such things will happen again," the minister said.
