Adygeya priests to pray for victims of abortion

The Tulsky Deanery in the Maikopsky District of Adygeya will have the first prayers for killed babies. The Orthodox calendar marks the day of first martyrs of Jesus Christ, the 14,000 babies killed by King Herod in Bethlehem, Yuga.ru cites cleric Anatoly Startsev.

The chapel of the Maikop District Hospital will have daily liturgy for women expecting birth. An icon of the Fedorovskaya Madonna, the patroness of brides, families and birth, was set at the chapel.
