Russian ex-defense minister did not answer questions

Russian former Defense Minister Anatoly Serdyukov, dismissed over the Oboronservis fraud case, has refused to answer questions at the Main Military Investigative Directorate of the Russian Investigative Committee according to article 51 of the Constitution, RIA Novosti cites Vladimir Markin, spokesman of the Investigative Committee.

The article allows any citizen to refrain from testifying against him/herself or relatives.
