Azerbaijani president introduces grants for talented youth

Azerbaijani President Ilham Aliyev is going to introduce grants for talented young people. A corresponding document has already been sent to the Azerbaijani Finance and Justice Ministries.

Each grant will amount to 10 thousand manats.
