Moscow governor comments on M-4 highway complaints

Acting Governor of the Moscow Region Andrey Vorobyov has commented on the complaints of drivers about the M-4 Don Highway.

The official reminded that it was the first highway with a fee. People had problems with the first 10km. Payment receptions are too close to residential areas. Some payment machines were non-operational and some were not taking bills.

The fee system on the highway was implemented on October 1, 2012.
