Azerbaijani banks switch to IBAN

All Azerbaijani banks are now using the International Bank Account Numbers with 28 symbols. The new system has the following structure: AZ NR BANK HHHH HHHH HHHH HHHH HHHH, the Central Bank of Azerbaijan reports.
