Azerbaijani president announces the Year of IT

Azerbaijani President Ilkham Aliyev announced at a cabinet's meeting today that 2013 will be declared the Year of Information Technologies.

The meeting took place in Baku, the president chaired the meeting and delivered an opening speech.
