Narozhny becomes Speaker of Srare Council of Adygeya

Vladimir Narozhny of the United Russia Party has become the Speaker of the State Council of Adygeya with 42 votes for and 5 against him.

His predecessor Fyodor Fedorko died in March, leaving the position vacant.
