Surrounded militants release girl in Tyrniauz

The group of militants surrounded at the district center of Tyrniauz with a woman and a 2-year-old girl have released the girl. Her mother refused to leave the house.

A counter-terrorism operation regime has been imposed in Tyrniauz this morning.
