Warrant officer kidnapped in Dagestan

A 35-year-old warrant officer of the Federal Penitentiary Service of Russia was kidnapped at Stepnaya Street, 22, in the Novy Sulak Village at 6.40 am on January 20, 2013.

He was put in the car by masked assailants and taken away.
