Armenian president says no Nagorno-Karabakh agreement to be signed soon

Armenian President Serzh Sargsyan told Radio Svoboda that there will be no document on Nagorno-Karabakh signed in the near future.

He noted that poor communication were dragging development of the country’s economy. Another problem was the army maintenance, he added.
