Forced eviction in Imeretin Valley near Sochi

Forced eviction of people living in private houses in the Imeretin Valley near Sochi has begun, in order for Olympic facilities to be constructed, a resident of the region Alic Le told Echo of Moscow radio.

"People have already moved out, the demolition is in process. An owner of a four-storey house said that his apartments were valued at 28 thousand roubles per square meter. Some people cried, one woman even needed medical attention," he said.
