Russian foreign minister comments on abandonment of Qabala Radar

Russian Foreign Minister Sergey Lavrov has commented on abandonment of the Qabala Radar Station in Azerbaijan.

The minister said that Azerbaijani did not want to make concessions on prices for lease of the facility. He added that measures taken to close the facility will take a few more months.
