Dagestan’s Express Bank appeals restrictions

The Express Bank in Dagestan has addressed the Court of Appeal of the republic to cancel the decision of the Russian National Bank (made on December 29, 2012) to lift the restrictions for bank operations, RAPSI reports.

The request filed by the Express Bank will be considered on February 5 due to lack of document to back its request.

The bank’s license was nullified on January 21. Service of individuals stopped on January 9. Clients will receive a maximum of 700,000 rubles of their deposits.
