Turkey will not open the border with Armenia

 

Turkey will not open the border with Armenia to conduct NATO military training, Turkish Foreign Minister Ahmet Davudoglu told a press conference in Almaty, within the framework of the meeting of foreign ministers at the OSCE summit, reports Trend.
“I have talked to the Minister of Foreign Affairs of Azerbaijan, Elmar Mamedyarov, highlighting that opening the border is not possible for the moment, and let no one expect this”, said Davudoglu. It was stated earlier that Turkey may partly and temporarily open the Turkish-Armenian border from the 11th to 17th of September 2010, as part of NATO military training in Armenia.
