Armenian and Azerbaijani foreign ministers may cancel meeting

Armenian Foreign minister Edward Nalbandian said that a meeting with his Azerbaijani counterpart will only happen if necessary.

He confirmed that the a meeting with co-chairs of the OSCE Minsk Group will be held in Paris on January 28.
