The state corporation "Resorts of the North Caucasus" has invited interested companies to start work in the field of training staff for the tourism cluster. "The project is in the active phase, so the question of personnel training is very important today. Training of 300 thousand people, including those in related industries, should be an interesting business. We will support and encourage this work, as we have the necessary mechanisms," the chairman of the Board of Directors of RNC Ahmed Bilalov said.

He recalled that the resorts of southern Russia have enjoyed enormous popularity since Czarist times. "Mineralnye Vody, Dombay and Elbrus had a lot of hotels and many tourists in the Soviet era - several million people. But today we are talking about training new staff. These are completely new standards and new approaches to service at European and US level. We still have to work on it," Bilalov is quoted by ITAR-TASS.

According to him, some experts will be trained on the retraining program in the newly-created North Caucasus Federal University. In addition, the operator of the project plans to develop some special schools together with a number of business schools. "We are open for cooperation," Bilalov concluded.
