Bad weather leaves four Rostov and three Kuban regions without electricity

More than 34 thousand people in sixty settlements in four districts of the Rostov region have been left without electricity due to a disruption to the power supply, the Russian Emergencies Ministry said on Monday.

Another seven thousand people were left without electricity in three districts of the Krasnodar region.

The authorities are currently attempting to restore the power supply.
