Armenians with state flag on car plates will not be fined

Vaagn Baragyan, a driver fined with 10,000 rubles for having an Armenian flag depicted on his car plates, proved that the law had no such restrictions for the flag on January 23, Zhamanak cites lawyer Armine Stepanyan.

The precedent will save other drivers from paying the fine.
