Russian defense ministry presents defense industry reform

Russian defense minister Sergey Shoigu has presented a defense strategy to President Vladimir Putin. The meeting was attended by chief of the general staff Valery Gerasimov. 

The minister also submitted a project for defense industry reform. The reform is expected to optimize the massive spending on the defense sector.
