Kazakhstan to mourn victims of plane crash

Kazakh President Nursultan Nazarbayev has announced mourning for victims of the Alma-Ata plane crash on January 31.
He expressed condolences to them in Akorda.
Russian President Vladimir Putin sent his condolences and words of compassion to families of the victims.
