Russians enjoy all necessary rights in Azerbaijan - Archbishop of Baku

Russians are able to enjoy all necessary rights in Azerbaijan, the Archbishop of Baku, Ishein, said today.

The churchman was responding to media reports saying that the rights of Russians are being violated in Azerbaijan.

"The Azerbaijani people and the political elite demonstrate a friendly attitude towards Russians," the Archbishop said.
