South Ossetia declares day of mourning for July 20 over crash
Read on the website Vestnik KavkazaThe South Ossetian parliament has declared July 20 a day of mourning over a bus crash in which 12 people were killed on Sunday, reports IA RES. Authorities in the republic have pledged 100,000 roubles (some $3,300) to the families of the dead, and 50,000 roubles for the injured. The stae will also pay for burials and medication.The bus was travelling from Russia's Vladikavkaz to the capital of South Ossetia, Tskhinvali, when the crash occurred.
