New Mexico recognizes Khojaly massacre

The senate of the state of New Mexico has officially recognized the 1992 Khojaly massacre. 35 senators voted in favour, 7 against.

On 25-26 February 1992, Armenian forces entered the Azerbaijani town of Khojaly and slaughtered 600 local residents, including women, old people and children.
