Gakayev’s militant base destroyed in Chechnya

Law enforcers destroyed a base of militant Husein Gakkayev located 14km south-west of Kharachoy in the Vedensky District of Chechnya, RIA Novosti reports.

Husein Gakayev himself was killed together with his brother Muslim in January. Both were responsible for attacks on police officer.
