Russian CEC chief to monitor Armenian presidential polls

Head of the Russian Central Electoral Commission Vladimir Churov will monitor the presidential polls in Armenia on February 18, ITAR-TASS cites CEC secretary Nikolai Konkin

CEC member Sergey Danilenko and heads of electoral commissions of Russian regions will arrive in Armenia earlier, he added.
