Head of the Border Guard Academy of Kazakhstan died in hospital

The head of the Border Guard Academy of Kazakhstan's National

Security Committee (KNB) , Major General Talgat Eset, died in

hospital after a suicide attempt.  His death was confirmed by

the KNB.

According to the reports, Maj. Gen. Eset was found in his

room with a gunshot wound and taken to the hospital, where

he died.
