Obama cannot visit Russia

US President Barack Obama cannot attend the G20 session hosted by Saint-Petersburg in September, Kommersant reports.

Obama will only arrive if Russia and the US make a breakthrough in their talks about weapons and non-proliferation. Nuclear talks are a priority of Obama in relations with Russia.
