Staff of Dagestan’s Express Bank demand wages

Former authorities of the bank oppose the new temporary administration and refuse to present documents, RIA Novosti cites Andrey Melnikov, Director General of the Agency for Deposit Insurance, as saying.
The agency said that the bank’s staff received 16 million rubles for no reason.
The employees have not been working since January 21, when the bank lost license, and get two thirds of their salary.
The bank lost its license over false obligations worth 7 billion rubles. The bank has paid clients 3.52 billion rubles using the North Caucasus offices of Sberbank.
