New project of Georgian constitution bans dual citizenship for three top officials

The three top officials of Georgia - president, premier and parliamentary speaker - will not be allowed to hold dual citizenship, Georgia online reports.
The original variant of the project imposede this limitation to all members of Parliament. There was also a proposal to extend the ban to ministers, but it was denied.
