Putin slams Russian law enforcement agencies

Russian President criticized the country's law enforcement agencies at a meeting today at the Interior Ministry, saying that the police force seems unable to solve many crimes.

"Almost 45 per cent of all crimes in Russia remain unsolved," the President said.
