State Arkansas recognizes Khojaly Massacre

State Arkansas has passed the resolution, introduced by Jonathan Barnet and Karen Hopper, recognizing the Kho0jaly Massacre, Trend reports.

The document confirms that Armenian and Russian forces took control over Khojaly in Nagorno-Karabakh on February 25-26, 1992, and killed over a thousand locals, mostly women and children.
