Iran and Hezbollah help Syrian regime

Iran and Hezbollah have formed the Jaysh al-Shabi armed formation to support the regime of Syrian President Bashar al-Assad, Washington Post cites US Treasury's Under Secretary for Terrorism and Financial Intelligence David Cohen.
Jaysh al-Shabi has about 50,000 recruits funded by Iran and instructed by Guardians of the Islamic Revolution of Iran.
Tehran and Damascus have denied presence of Iranian instructors in Syria on numerous occasions.
