Suspected murderer of Dagestani police officer’s children testifies

One of the people suspected of killing children of a police officer in Dagestan’s Beliji has been giving testimony, RIA Novosti reports.

The Russian Interior Minister said that the suspect was an old man of a nearby village. A knife possibly used for the murder was confiscated.

The Investigative Directorate of the Russian Investigative Committee in Dagestan said that the suspect was born in 1992 and was a local from the Derbentsky District.

The Dagestani Interior Minister said that the suspect was in touch with the police officer and his wife.
