Turkey will not sacrifice Cyprus for EU

The Turkish deputy premier Djemil Chichek has announced that Turkey would never sacrifice Cyprus for the membership in the EU, 1news.az reports citing Turkish media.
He also added, that "in case there is no clear decision on Cyprus by the end of the year, every side will move forward its own way". "I urge Greek-Cyprus population to be more serious to the negotiation process. The main aim - is peace on the island."
