Police encounter militants in Dagestan’s Michurino

A group of militants, possibly the ones who had attacked a highway patrol post, has been surrounded in the Michurino Village of Dagestan, a few kilometers away from Khasavyurt, Interfax reports.

A militant trench was found in a forest. It was probably used to store explosives.

According to the latest information, two militants were killed. The law enforcers suffered no casualties.
