Earthquake registered near Sochi

An earthquake was registered south-east of Sochi, 5km away from the Abkhaz coast of the Black Sea at 1.33 am. It had a magnitude of 3.1 points, the Geophysical Survey of the RAS reports.
The European-Mediterranean Seismological Center registered an earthquake 61km south-west of Ochamshiry (Abkhazia), 100km north-west of Batumi.
Sochi had an earthquake with a magnitude of 5.7 points on Richter scale at 5.45 pm on December 23. People of the Tsentralny and Khostinsky Districts left houses. The first quakes were registered in the Black Sea on Sunday at 5.31 pm. Its center was registered 15km deep and 49km away from Gulryypsh, south of Sukhumi.
Armenia, Abkhazia, Georgia and three regions of the North Caucasian Federal District of Russia could sense the earthquakes.
