Vaynakh Telecom to launch LTE Network in Grozny in April

The head of the Moscow office of the Chechen Vaynakh Telecom company, Abram Khait, believes that the LTE Network can be launched in Grozny in April, 2013.

The project will be launched by Vaynakh telecom together with the Mikran company and Nokia Siemens Network.
